Draft for review - not yet adopted

Effective date remains pending. This copy is provided for review.

Draft updated October 1, 2026. Effective date: pending adoption. These proposed terms are available for review and are not yet an agreement accepted by visitors.

Scope and company

ChapelCloud is a Digifender LLC brand based in Idaho, United States. These proposed terms cover the public service information at chapel.cloud and inquiries about ChapelCloud. The website describes church software, sanctuary hardware and managed IT. Contact legal@digifender.com about these terms.

The public pages do not create a church software account, accept a donation, complete an equipment purchase or authorize access to a church's systems. Browsing or making an inquiry does not begin a paid engagement. A person requesting services for an organization must be at least 18 and have authority to act for it.

Service engagements

Any software subscription, equipment supply or installation, or managed IT engagement requires a separate accepted agreement and applicable statement of work. Those documents must identify the actual scope, availability, fees, payment conditions, responsibilities and end-of-service arrangements. Where applicable, they must also address equipment delivery, warranties, returns, support hours, response commitments, licensing and data handling.

Website descriptions are information about areas of service. They are not themselves a configured customer system, an equipment order, an uptime guarantee or authorization to remotely access a device. Monitoring, backup, recovery and security commitments must be stated in the applicable service agreement. No system can be promised free of every outage or security incident.

If an engagement involves congregation or donor information, a suitable data processing agreement or other required data-handling terms must be completed before that processing begins. These website terms do not replace those documents or the church's own notices to its members, donors, staff and volunteers.

Inquiries and lawful use

Provide accurate information and share only what is needed to discuss your request. Do not send credentials, payment-card details, congregation directories, pastoral-care notes or children's records in an initial inquiry. Arrange an appropriate, authorized transfer process before supplying service data.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or send abusive or unlawful material through our contact channels. Good-faith reports of suspected errors or security issues are welcome at the contact address above.

Content and links

Digifender and its licensors retain their rights in ChapelCloud's original website content, design and branding. These proposed terms permit ordinary viewing, linking and reasonable copying for personal or internal organizational reference while retaining attribution and proprietary notices. They do not grant permission to impersonate ChapelCloud or imply an endorsement. Applicable statutory exceptions and separately granted permissions remain available.

Third-party products and websites have their own conditions. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice address the public website and related correspondence. Copyright or abuse concerns may be sent through the company legal contact.

Information, changes and legal rights

Website information may contain errors or change as services develop. We may correct or remove content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these informational pages are provided as available without a contractual promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these proposed terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or overrides a separately accepted service agreement. We will date any adopted version and complete the required notice or acceptance process. Continued browsing of this draft is not treated as acceptance.
