These proposed terms concern the informational company website at digifender.com and its legal hub. "Digifender," "we" and "us" refer to the website publisher; legal correspondence may be addressed to Digifender LLC at the contact details below. Product use, including Whumpo accounts, AI assistance and customer hosting, requires the applicable product terms and any separate agreement.
Product descriptions may describe work in development. They do not promise availability, a launch date, particular results or a right to buy a service. The company website does not create an account, sell a subscription or collect payment. A link to a product takes you to that product's own website and conditions.
Site material and permitted use
Digifender and its licensors retain their rights in the website's original content, design and branding. Once adopted, these terms would permit ordinary viewing, linking and reasonable copying for personal or internal business reference, provided attribution and proprietary notices are retained. This permission would not grant a license to impersonate Digifender or Whumpo, suggest an endorsement, or commercially redistribute protected material. Applicable fair use, other statutory exceptions and separately granted permissions remain available.
Use the website lawfully. Do not knowingly interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use our published contact details for abusive or unlawful messages. Ordinary browsing, search-engine indexing and good-faith reports of a suspected issue are not prohibited by this paragraph.
